Refund Policy

At Legacy Prints LLC, all of our screen printing orders are custom-made just for you. Because of that, all sales are final.

We do our best to make sure every order is right, but here’s how we handle issues:

  • Custom orders are non-refundable. Once production starts, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges.

  • Check your proof carefully. Please review all artwork, sizes, and quantities before you approve your order.

  • If we make a mistake, we’ll fix it. If there’s a print error or defect caused by us, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll remake or credit your items.

  • Customer-supplied items: Printing on items you provide is at your own risk. We can’t replace customer-provided garments if issues occur.

  • Cancellations: If you cancel before production starts, you may be charged a restocking or artwork fee. *Refer to deposit policy.

50% Deposit Policy

To begin production on any order, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit confirms your order and secures your place in our production schedule.

Please note:

No production work (including design, setup, or printing) will begin until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the order, prior to pickup or delivery.

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or production has begun.

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Returned Check Policy

If a check payment is returned by the bank for any reason (including insufficient funds, closed account, or stop payment), the customer will be charged a $35 returned check fee.

  • Payment for the original amount plus the $35 fee must be made with cash, money order, or certified funds within 5 business days of notification.

  • Future payments from that customer may be required in the form of cash, credit/debit card, or certified funds only.

  • Unpaid balances may result in a hold on current or future orders until resolved.

By submitting payment by check, you agree to this policy.

Social Media & Promotional Use Policy

At Legacy Prints LLC, we take pride in the products we create and love showcasing our work. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:

1. Use of Photos and Designs:
We may photograph or digitally reproduce your completed products (such as apparel, signs, decals, or printed items) for use on our social media pages, website, and other promotional materials.

2. Client Privacy:
We respect our clients’ privacy. If you do not wish for your products, designs, or brand to be featured in our promotional content, please inform us in writing at the time of your order.

3. Exclusions:
We will never share confidential, unreleased, or sensitive materials without explicit written consent.
